WHAT ARE THE OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES FOR THE NATIONAL CARAVAN, CAMPING AND MOTORHOME SHOW 2019?
The national Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2019 will be at the NEC, Birmingham from the 19th -24th February 2019, opening hours for the show are 10am-6pm.
HOW MUCH ARE ON-THE-DOOR TICKETS FOR THE NATIONAL CARAVAN, CAMPING AND MOTORHOME SHOW 2019?
On-the-door tickets cost £10 Adults and £9 Senior (60+ yrs). Kids go free when accompanied by a full paying adult or senior. The carer of any disabled visitor will be able to get into the show for free – forms are available at the ticket offices.
WHAT IS A TRANSACTION FEE AND WHEN DOES IT APPLY?
The transaction fee is charged per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee. Transaction fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, i.e. items such as theatre sessions added to your booking later.
This fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The transaction fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket transactions e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

HOW DO I CLAIM A CARERS TICKET?
A carer accompanying a Registered Disabled visitor is free of charge. When you arrive at the Show make your way to a box office and fill in a ‘carers’ form. Once completed you will receive your free carers ticket. The box offices are clearly sign posted for your convenience. A carers ticket cannot be pre-booked online and have to be completed at the Show.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL RATES FOR CHILDREN?
Children 15 yrs and under go free when accompanied by a full paying Adult or Senior. When you arrive at the show please visit one of the box office booths and fill in a ‘Kids Go Free’ form. For more information please visit the ticket information page.
WHEN WILL MY TICKETS ARRIVE IF I HAVE SELECTED TO HAVE THEM POSTED?
Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until the week of the event. If you have not received your tickets in the post, please contact us no later than two working days before the event date. The best way to find out where your tickets are is to use our ticket tracker after logging in here. You’ll need your booking reference number (contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered your tickets or given to you verbally if you ordered using the phone), order postcode, and your email address. Just follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll soon find out what stage your order is at.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE SHOW?
We love our pets as much as you do but pets are not allowed at the national Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2019. However, assistance dogs are always welcome. For more information please visit the disabled access page. Pets should not be left unattended in parked vehicles.
WHO WILL BE APPEARING AT THE NATIONAL CARAVAN, CAMPING AND MOTORHOME SHOW THIS YEAR?

IS PARKING FREE OF CHARGE AT THE NEC?
Yes, car parking is included in the ticket price, whether you buy in advance or buy on the door. Strictly no overnight parking is allowed on the site. Disabled Parking is available, but cannot be pre-booked. Please note, you should bring your Blue Badge with you, even if you are arriving by taxi
CAN I PARK MY MOTORHOME AT THE NEC?
The NEC has designated parking bays for motorhomes and buses. When arriving at The NEC the parking staff will be on hand to direct you to the appropriate car park. Strictly no overnight parking is permitted at The NEC.
IS OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITTED?
Overnight parking at the NEC is not permitted.
CAN I PARK MY MOTORBIKE?
Yes, there are designated parking bays for motorbikes at The NEC.
WILL THERE BE AN ONSITE CAMPSITE?
Following a review, the onsite campsite will not be available during the February Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show. However, there are lots of camping options near the NEC. For campsite options visit www.caravanclub.co.uk/ or www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk/
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TICKETS HAVEN’T ARRIVED?
Track your order by logging in here, using your booking reference, postcode and email address. This will show details confirming your order and whether your tickets have been mailed out to you yet. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact SEE on 0844 873 7333 (calls cost 7p per minute plus your standard network access charge).
I AM TRYING TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT WON’T WORK?

WHAT DO I DO IF I NO LONGER WANT MY TICKET?
Tickets for the Caravan, Motorhome and Camping Show 2019 are non-refundable.
