What are the opening and closing times for the show?
The Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2017 will be at the NEC, Birmingham from the 21st February to 26th February, opening hours for the show are 10am-6pm. Click here for more information.
What is a fulfillment fee and when does it apply?
The fulfilment fee is charged per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one fulfilment fee. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, i.e. items such as theatre sessions added to your booking later.
This fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs. How much are on-the-door tickets?
On-the-door tickets cost £10 Adults and £9 Senior (60+ yrs). Kids go free when accompanied by a full paying Adult or Senior. The carer of any disabled visitor will be able to get into the show for free – forms are available at the ticket offices. For more information please visit the ticket information page.
How do I claim a carers ticket?
A carer accompanying a Registered Disabled visitor is free of charge. Simply book a ticket in advance online, or on-the-door at the show, and visit a designated box office booth. There you will have to fill out a quick ‘carers’ form and you will receive your free carers ticket. The box offices are clearly sign posted for your convenience. A carers ticket cannot be pre-booked online and they have to be completed at the show.
What do I do if I no longer want my ticket?
Tickets for the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show are non-refundable.
Do you have special rates for children?
Children go free when accompanied by a full paying Adult or Senior. When you arrive at the show please visit one of the box office booths and fill in a ‘Kids Go Free’ form. For more information please visit the ticket information page.
Will there be a temporary campsite at the show?

Can I bring my dog?
Only assistance dogs are allowed inside the premises of The NEC. This is a NEC policy.
When will my tickets arrive if I have selected to have them posted?
Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until the week of the event. If you have not received your tickets in the post, please contact SeeTickets no later than two working days before the event date. The best way to find out where your tickets are is to use the SeeTickets ‘ticket tracker’ by logging in here. You’ll need your booking reference number (contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered your tickets or given to you verbally if you ordered using the phone), order postcode, and your email address. Just follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll soon find out what stage your order is at.
Can I purchase my ticket on the day?

Are pets allowed at the Show?
Only assistance dogs are allowed into the Show. There is no facility to care for animals, so we would request that you leave any other pets at home.
Is overnight parking permitted?
No, overnight parking is not permitted at the NEC, however, you can pitch up on our on-site campsite.
Will I be able to park my motorhome?
Yes, all of the NEC car parks are open and you will be able to park your motorhome. Please note, overnight parking is forbidden unless you are staying at our on-site campsite.

Information for Disabled Visitors
The carer of any disabled visitor will be able to get in for free – forms are available at the ticket offices.
Disabled parking is available, but it cannot be pre-booked.
There will also be a BSL Signer at the show on both the Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th February. Is parking free of charge?
Yes, car parking is included in the ticket price, whether you buy in advance or buy on the door.
