One person is admitted free-of-charge per wheelchair user or person whose disability necessitates a carer.

How do I claim a carers ticket?

A carer accompanying a Registered Disabled visitor is free of charge. Simply book a ticket in advance online, or on-the-door at the show, and visit a designated box office booth. There you will have to fill out a quick ‘carers’ form and you will receive your free carers ticket. The box offices are clearly sign posted for your convenience. A carers ticket cannot be pre-booked online and they have to be completed at the show.

Disabled Facilities

Accessible wheelchair friendly toilets are available across the venue; you can access these in halls 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

A Changing Places toilet is also available in the Hall 20 Atrium area. It provides space for up to 2 carers – and extra features to meet additional needs, including height adjustable adult-sized changing benches and a hoist system.

For more information about disabled access at the venue, please visit The NEC website – Disabled Visitors

You can also download and print our handy map, which identifies which halls you can access disabled toilets as well as help desk points.
